The shirts are made from 100% USA-grown, 30/1 fine jersey cotton with a high thread count and tight knit, resulting in a soft, smooth, and durable fabric. They're a mid-weight, not too thick or thin, striking a comfortable balance. The pre-shrunk material may still shrink slightly in the wash, but not excessively.
The unisex modern fit is slightly tapered, a bit less boxy than traditional mass-market t-shirts. Most people can wear the same size as their other shirts, but you may want to size up if you prefer a looser fit.
You won't feel any annoying tag, as it's printed directly on the fabric inside the collar. Our model photos show the actual shirts being worn by our 6'2", 200 lb salesperson, Rich, in a large size.
The high-quality screen printing inks used are manufactured by QCM in North Carolina. These inks are vibrant, durable, and highly crack-resistant. While some of our designs feature intentionally faded or cracked effects, the inks always perform as intended by our skilled printers.
QCM has been an industry leader in safe, environmentally-conscious chemistry, going phthalate-free over a decade ago, well ahead of the curve. Their inks are also CFC-free and rated as carcinogen-free by the state of California.
We use top-of-the-line printing presses and curing ovens made by M&R in Illinois to ensure the best possible results. This attention to quality materials and processes allows us to deliver apparel that is not only stylish and comfortable but also responsibly manufactured.
